Cookie Policy

Our approach
The public site sets no cookies. It uses your browser's local storage for a few preferences, and anonymous usage statistics only when you agree to them. You can review or change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.
Strictly necessary (always on)
These are needed for the site to work as you expect and can't be switched off:
- Your consent choice (local storage, paladex:consent), so we don't ask again on every page.
- Your 3D preferences (local storage: paladex:3d-quality, paladex:hint-seen, paladex:no-webgl) and your comparison picks (paladex:compare), stored only on your device.
- Administrators only: one HttpOnly session cookie (paladex_admin) that keeps the site's administrators signed in. Visitors never receive it.
Usage statistics (optional, off until you agree)
Anonymous events about how the site is used, sent to our own server. They use no cookies, no identifiers and no IP addresses (see the Privacy Policy for exactly what is recorded). Nothing is sent before you choose "Accept" or switch statistics on, and nothing is sent if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. With statistics on, a session-storage flag (paladex:visit) marks the start of your visit so we count visits rather than single pages; your browser deletes it when you close the tab.
No advertising or social cookies
We don't use advertising, retargeting or social media cookies, and we don't embed third-party players or widgets that would set them. Fonts, images and 3D models are served from our own domain.
Retailer sites
When you follow a link to a shop, that shop (and any affiliate network it uses) may set its own cookies on its own site under its own policy. Our redirect itself sets none.
Changing or withdrawing your choice
Use "Cookie settings" in the footer to switch statistics on or off at any time. You can also clear the site's local storage in your browser settings; you will then be asked again.
